Electric Power Dynamometer
1. Uses a frequency converter to control the load, with superior control performance, capable of constant speed or constant torque control.
2. Can operate in four quadrants, functioning as both a generator (load) and a motor (drive). It can provide a certain load from zero speed to maximum speed, with load characteristics: constant torque from zero speed to rated speed, and constant power from rated speed to a certain speed.
3. Maintenance-free and energy-saving.
4. Suitable for testing characteristic curves of various motors, temperature rise, and simulation life tests, especially for automotive drive motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, variable frequency motors, and ISG motors.
Suspended Electric Power Dynamometer
1. Guangzhong Electric has specially launched the suspended electric power dynamometer based on the ordinary electric power dynamometer (servo motor + torque sensor structure).
2. The suspended electric power dynamometer consists of an AC asynchronous servo motor (permanent magnet synchronous motor), encoder, tension and compression sensor, signal processing circuit, and base, using a motor stator suspension structure to measure load torque using reaction force.
3. The suspended electric power dynamometer has a compact structure, with the tested motor and load motor directly connected, fewer intermediate transmission components, and no rotating torque speed sensor, resulting in low connection loss, low rotational inertia, and low vibration noise. Additionally, by converting rotating torque into static torque for measurement, it greatly improves measurement accuracy.
