Composition and Principle
The power dynamometer mainly consists of a test motor, sensors, brackets, and base plates.
The frequency of the power supply of the test motor is adjusted by a frequency converter, so that its synchronous speed is lower than the speed of the motor under test, and the motor operation is changed to generator operation, so as to achieve the effect of loading the motor under test. The greater the speed difference, the greater the torque. At the same time, the power output by the motor under test is filtered by the frequency converter and the energy feedback unit, and then returned to the power grid.
Applicable Occasions
Suitable for characteristic curve testing, temperature rise, and simulation life testing of various motors, especially suitable for automotive drive motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, frequency conversion motors, and ISG motors.
Features
It can operate in four quadrants, and can operate as a generator (load) or as a motor (drive). It can provide a certain load from zero speed to the highest speed. Load characteristics: constant torque from zero speed to rated speed, and constant power from rated speed to a certain speed. Maintenance-free and energy-saving.
The GZDL series power dynamometer adopts a servo motor plus dynamic torque sensor structure.
Accuracy: 0.2%, 0.1%, 0.05%, depending on the dynamic torque sensor.
